Payment

We accept all major credit or debit cards via our secure payment gateway to ensure security of your online transactions.

Taxes

Local sales tax will automatically be applied during checkout to all orders shipped within the state of California.

Order Processing 

After placing an online order, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that back ordered items will ship according to the date listed on the item description. 

Shipping & Delivery

Bonjoojoo offers free ground shipping for all domestic orders. All shipments will be sent via UPS, insured, and will require a signature for delivery.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires a $15 flat shipping fee.

Custom Sizes & Personalization

Several selected Bonjoojoo designs offer custom personalization. For customized items, we require an additional 2 to 3 days for your order to process. 

For sizes that are not available on the drop down menu, please contact customer service at orders@bonjoojoo.com for assistance. Such sizes would be considered a customized order, so please note that additional processing times and additional fees may be required. 

Please note that all customized and personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Return Policy

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, feel free to contact us at orders@bonjoojoo.com so that we can best assist you. Your order qualifies for a return within 30 days from the shipment date. Return fees are completely free!  

Warranty

All Bonjoojoo jewelry pieces come with a 24-month warranty. We guarantee our products and warrant that all jewelry pieces are free from defects. The warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at our discretion, of defective parts within the limits of the warranty. The warranty does not apply to jewelry damaged by accident or misuse. The warranty will be void if the item has been tampered with or repaired and or worked on by any party other than Bonjoojoo. To submit any pieces for repair under warranty, please contact repairs@Bonjoojoo.com to obtain a repair authorization.
